The film is being produced by Karan Johar and Konkana Sen Sharma will be the lead heroine. It is scheduled for release on 2nd Oct.

The story revolves around Sidharth Mehra, a final year college going boy of Mumbai. His life goes dull and worthless until he meets Konkana, who changes her life.
